Swimming pool and spa
An indoor pool will be heated on your arrival. You cannot adjust the pool temperature yourself. You are welcome to ask whether the temperature can be raised above the standard 28 degrees, but for health reasons this is not permitted everywhere. Once a week, the water is checked by specially trained staff and the floor is cleaned. Access to the pool area is lockable and therefore child-safe.
A plunge pool must be filled with water to a level of 10 cm above the jets and put into operation by yourself. If no hot water is available, the side jets must be switched on and the water heated using the spa’s heating system.
A still-water spa is filled and ready on arrival. If you do not wish to use it, you can inform the local office of this before your arrival.
The Wilderness Bath must be filled and heated by yourself.
