Reading the meters

In some places, the meters are read remotely; in others, you will be asked to take a meter reading, report it online or submit a consumption statement. You will receive information on this by email before your arrival.  

If you forgot to read the meter readings on arrival, you can contact the provider’s local office or central helpline to find a solution.
