Calendar not up to date

You may find that a property appears in a search for available houses, but you receive a notification that it cannot be booked when you click the “Book” button on our website. This is because the calendar update may be delayed, and in the meantime someone else has booked the house. There is also legislation in Denmark that sets a maximum limit on how often a property may be let. This may also be the reason why a property cannot be booked, even though it appears to be available.
