Cancellation insurance and final cleaning

Cancellation insurance and final cleaning are only covered by our price guarantee if they form a mandatory part of the rental price. If you wish to make use of our price guarantee, you must contact us no later than 24 hours from the time of booking (i.e. the time at which your booking was completed). Your enquiry must include your contact details, booking number and written proof (e.g. a screenshot) of the lower price you have found elsewhere.
