Minimum age for holiday home rentals

You must be at least 18 years old to rent a holiday home. Please note that not all properties can be rented by groups of young people, and that in some cases a higher deposit is required. This will usually be mentioned in the description or under ‘Facilities’.  

It is not possible to use a parent’s name in the booking unless that parent is present at all times throughout the entire stay.  

The definition of ‘youth groups’ may vary from property to property. If in doubt, we recommend that you contact our customer service by telephone or via the form on the individual property’s page and let us advise you.  

A couple is not considered a youth group and may book regardless of any restrictions on the property, provided they are over 18 years of age.
