Utility costs

The booking form will state the current price of the costs to be settled on departure. Prices may vary, as the figure shown in the form itself is a real-time price. Prices fluctuate at present, and the price displayed on the day of departure is always the one that applies.  

The total utility costs for a given period are very difficult to calculate and vary from stay to stay. Several factors come into play, such as the outdoor temperature, the number of people, energy sources and how much you use the electrical facilities.
